TRANSPORT

Packages are generally shipped within a maximum of 48 hours on working days, from the moment we receive your payment. The shipping method is standard, normally NACEX. or similar company, and UPS for shipments to Europe and International

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days, starting from the date of the invoice, to proceed with the return of the products, except in the following cases: leather, chains by the meter, assemblies, personalized products and products in silver with a gold plating.

In the case of wanting to return a product for reasons beyond the control of Planas Mayorista Plata (error when ordering a product, you do not like it ...), the cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer.

If the reason for the return is due to Planas Mayorista Plata, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Planas Mayorista Plata reserves the right to cancel the return if it considers that the product has been handled incorrectly.
